Okay, so if you've read the other one you know that Lydia and Chii die, and I think that is a good ending.
From now, Mina will take over most of it ;
Right now Ed has "disappeared" and Mina is looking for him.
Just think that Mina lost her memory, and can't remember much, but needs to find Ed and Al. And same has happened to Ed and Al, they can't remember much about Mina.

Mina will of course end up finding him...Ask Mina what happens if you want it in full detail.
Anyhow, we start at the train station!
There is a burgular, and Mina is battling it...
